      Be respectful! There's another person on the other end of that conversation! The forums are a place to discuss anything related to Overwolf and beyond but want this to be a place where people feel comfortable to participate and have fun! Keep it on topic, keep it constructive - Threads should be constructive and have a clear topic. Replies to that topic should be relevant. Bumping a thread without adding relevant information is not considered constructive. Bumping a thread from a long time ago is also not constructive (Overwolf updates every 2 weeks, things change). Attacks or Accusations are not acceptable - Attacking another person is unacceptable, the circumstances are irrelevant, just don't do it. Read the topic - Know what people are talking about in the thread. Stick to the given topic and don't derail it. Search - We have a great search function, use it before you post a new thread as it's possible someone has asked your question before and there's info on it. Don't see something about your question or topic after searching? Post it! (keep in mind that bumping threads from a long time ago is not recommended, post your own). Don't post about locked or deleted topics; they were deleted for a reason. No petitions, demands or "When will.." We have places for asking for games, features and we will tell you when something is coming. We don't give dates for a reason. Don't try getting around the swear filter, it's not cute or funny. This is not a place to break NDA's, talk about something illegal or break any law from any country. We will contact the necessary parties involved and you will be pursued to the extent of the law. No spam. You will be banned and your post deleted. Please write in English. This is an international forum and we'd like everyone to be able to participate.
      Bad Behavior Insults, racial slurs, profanity, vulgarity. Trolling - You know who you are, and we will find you. Nudity, porn or anything obscene. Flaming - We don't have a trained fireman on staff, so don't do it. No advertising - No one wants to buy that shirt off of you, or that WoW gold. No insulting any religion (fake, real, or imagined), sexual orientation, gender or culture. No talking about drugs or performing illegal activities. Impersonation - Don't do it, people find out and you end up looking stupid.
      What will we do if you break a rule? Warnings - You get only one. Thread/Post deletion - We delete your thread/post from the forums. Suspension - Temporary forum ban. Account termination - Permanent forum ban. Legal action or report violations to the appropriate legal authorities.

    You're right about the side effects of this fix, this is because HearthStone doesn't actually have a 'full screen mode'. HearthStone only has window mode, the full screen mode of this game is not really functioning as one. This is why in order to stay on top of the game, we had to use a rule for the overlay itself to always have the focus (which made the tray icon not responsive). I guess the side effect is worse than the first issue indeed like you said. Since this is more of an issue with the way Hearthstone's running, I'm afraid that a more solid and permanent solution might take longer to arrive Thank you for all the info and cooperation!

    I got you a temporary solution for this issue I made a game list file that you should replace with the one you have- Press the windows key + R Type in: %localappdata%/Overwolf and hit enter Locate the GamesList.xml file and replace it with the one you got from us. Usually you'll need to extract it first so make sure you have winzip/winrar/7zip/other compressing tool installed on your PC. Restart Overwolf and start the game It's temporary because once a new version of Overwolf is released, it will run over this file I gave you. You can always save it and follow the steps again though.     We tried to reproduce this issue now in our team and it happens to us as well... So the good news is that it's not something wrong over at your side, but the bad news is that it's a bug. I have forwarded it to our dev team, I'm afraid I can't say when it will be fixed, might take a while... But we're on it

    Hey @SetaSoujiro, A quick look at your dxdiag file shows that you're using Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma. So please check out this article on our knowledge-base.

    What would you consider to be not normal? If you have an Overwolf app that starts Overwolf this would be normal as well If you wish to start Overwolf without any of its apps (and you don't have a shortcut for it) simply head to the path where it's installed (default should be C:\Program Files (x86)\Overwolf) and create a shortcut out of the Overwolf.exe file there, this is the file you run to launch Overwolf on its own. Please let me know if once you do that, the Overwolf tray icon remains unresponsive.

    I indeed confused the 'del' part, what I meant was ctrl+shift+esc which opens the task manager directly (without going through the menu stage). Actually, before you uninstall the reinstall, can you try running Overwolf normally again? This might have been a simple icon bug, but I would like to make sure. Run Overwolf normally now and see whether the tray icon is still unresponsive, please

    Hey @BigHugger ! This sounds like a bug, either with your Overwolf process running in the background or with a new version of Windows 10 (Are you maybe in the Windows 10 insiders program? is it a new version of Windows 10 that wasn't released to the public yet?) Please try to ctrl+shift+del and close the Overwolf process manually (There should be about 3 processes).
